These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the application Share Alpha ("the Application") provided by Share Alpha ("the Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Application.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Account: A unique account created for you to access our Application or parts of our Application.
• Application: The software program provided by the Company downloaded by you on any electronic device, named Share Alpha.
• Service: Refers to the Application.

• You: The individual accessing or using the Application, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Application, as applicable.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Share Alpha, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Application.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Application.
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Application by any third party.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our discretion.
